Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 2000, 5-9 p.m., at Hallowell & James Funeral Home, 1025 West 55th Street, Countryside, Illinois. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, November 8, at 10 a.m. Interment will be private. Memorials may be given to the Opler Cancer Center, c/o Hinsdale Hospital, 120 North Oak Street, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
