Not sure what to say?

Hard to believe that 6 years have past since we lost David. I can only imagine his incredulity with the world we live in today. There was no one like David with whom we worked on a number of projects. What always came through was his compassion and integrity. The attached was taken at the home David designed for us. We are on the right.

I think of David so often it seems impossible he's been gone for five years. It turns out the old expression is true: his memory has been a blessing.

For David's family, Much love and sympathy for the finest of the fine. We grew up in Ronkonkoma, NY. and I looked forward to seeing him again at our 50th reunion. Wonderful person to have gone to school with from 5 yrs to 17.
Can't think of a greater person to have been through 12 years of school with. My sincere sympathy. Willa Morrissey-France

David is gone but not forgotten by me or my family.
And speaking of family, I will always feel deep affection for David's twin sons Nathanael and Gidon, his sister Miriam and her husband Jack.

On the one year anniversary of his passing we are thinking of David.
We knew and worked with him for years while on the board of the Museum of Photographic Arts and as the architect of the our home.
We were drawn to the warmth of his personality and the integrity with which he always operated..
He gave so much to those who knew him. He is missed.

David and my father were first cousins, and David's generosity of spirit healed an estrangement begun almost a century ago, allowing my Catholic family to learn about and celebrate our Jewish heritage. In that process we got to know some wonderful relatives. I will be forever thankful for his kindness to my family.

DAVID WAS ADMIRED BY THIS FELLOW LA JOLLA ARCHITECT, AND HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED.
JAMES ALCORN AIAE

David brought joy to La Jolla, and gave us lasting designs responding to the natural and urban settings he worked in.

To all,
George sent me an email about Uncle David. I am saddened by the news and I send my condolences to all. Though it was a very long time ago, I remember loving to go visit my cousins because it was always a lot of laughing all the time.
At times like this I think about the big circle of life. My prayers are with you all.
love,
Anita
