David Sipe

David T. Sipe is fondly remembered for his good humor, ambassador for woodcarving and for being a loyal friend. We woodcarvers shared many good times together at the Corn Festival, at our carving meetings and at the whittling sessions at Cowan Lake Camp site that David organized every year. The best that he was continues to live on in our hearts and minds because we are better persons for having known David T whom we remember with humble appreciation. Many a Wednesday morning David T. would walk through the door to the workshop, smiling and ready to carve wood. We always had such a good time. I am blessed with having had him as a friend and he will be missed.
