Dave!! I am still in shock!! My heart breaks and you are greatly missed by so many!! We have lots of fun crazy and happy memories of you and all of our Monday nite football parties and Super Bowl parties at our homes!! We love you !! David was my patient for many years. He would ask me every six months- and how you on this fun and exciting day? I was also lucky enough to try his delicious jerky. My sincerest condolences to the family during this difficult time, he will be missed.
