Hi sweet dad, I sure miss you, your jokes, your phone calls, our conversations, hanging out with you, playing cards, traveling, our family reunions. A day doesn't go by that I don't think of you and all the love. I really miss not being able to pick up the phone and call you, I am so happy I called........... I love you dad

Merry Christmas Dad! I miss you so very much! Not a day goes by that I don´t think about picking up the phone to call you! You were my person! My person to get all sorts of advice from. You were wise in so many ways! I know that you´re in good hands now and delighted to be spending Christmas in heaven. I love you Dad! I will continue to live my life in a way that you´d be proud of. My sincere sympathy to all of you. I have memories of many, many happy times together (Koepke's and Spars) David always made me feel happy and comfortable. Sorry we lost touch I think of you both, My heart was sadden when I saw that David passed. Prayers, love and friendship. Veronica Koepke

Wow, what an amazing human, and I am truly blessed to have called him dad, he always, always had time for each of us, and we were all special to him, he always showed each of us love and he's one of the fairest humans I have ever met. He always treated every person the equally. He always gave 150% and taught each of us to do the same. I could write and write more, the most important thing is dad, you will be missed. I love you.

I miss you Grandpa! One of my favorite memories is when you came to Texas and you came to see my new house. Before I knew it you were playing Pretty Pretty princess with your great granddaughter Abby- complete with all the princess accessories! I am not sure who was having more fun! You were always fully present when we were together and had the best laugh! I love you Grandpa.. here is a pic of that same great granddaughter! 4 generations in one pic!
