Not sure what to say?

I hold fond memories of Daves gregarious, kind, generous and fun perspective toward life.

Condolences on your loss. May you have some comfort to know that he was well liked, kind hearted, friendly, witty and an all around good person.

WE knew Dave both thru curling club and the Edison club. He was a nice, friendly and helpful person. Last few years were difficult for him taking care of his late wives thru their illnesses. Hope he lives in peace.

Dave was like a second Dad to me. What a great friend and a great lose. I will miss him terribly. My sympathies go out to the Spencer family.

Dave exemplified the true spirit of curling. He was a great competitor and endured in his "rock solid" position as a second. When I have engaged in curling conversations through the years, rarely have I failed to mention my good fortune in having curled with a few special players for long tenures, especially Dave with whom I curled for over 30 years.
Curlers would be hard-pressed to find a better role model.

To Dave's Family: Dave was a very special guy. I have known him through the Schenectady Curling Club for years. I will always remember him delivering his stones with his hat turned around backwards. My prayers are with you during this truly difficult time. Susan Sovik Streeter

Dave was a great guy.....he will be missed so much by so many !!

Dear Spencer Family.

We have been friends for too many years to count. May the love and support of friends provide you with comfort and peace during the days ahead. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do for you or just to lean on that friendship. All of our love, thoughts and prayers.
