Dave,

I cannot begin to tell you all the wonderful memories I have had over the years working with your father.

The funny stories, the beaming glow he showed everytime he spoke about Charlotte, you, Renee, and the grandchildren, not to mention the "expert" advice he always loved to give me.

I will never forget what a special person David was in life and, undoubtedly, he will be a special person in heaven.

I've worked with your Dad for 28 years. It's hard to imagine the County without him. I will miss his great sense of humor. He could give it out and, best of all, he could take it. He was fun to pick on. My thoughts and prayers are with you both during this difficult time and forever.

words usually come to me easily but in this incredible situation they do not. I wrote a poem about your father, I knew him from work & I work w/ Renee. I want you to know I have been thinking of you with much prayers & deep thoughts about your beautiful mother & father..and how you are doing..here is my poem:

Dear Dave,

As someone that began my employment with the County the same year as your Dad, I can vouch for his good service to the County and the people of Bucks.

I will always remember the three words that were important in his life: loyalty, family and the shore.
