I met David Strasser some odd 20 years ago through a social club and enjoyed many occasions including a regular friendly card game which he generously hosted. I was impressed with his intelligence and enjoyed many of his stories, many that contained a worldly flare. I believe he was both well traveled and read. I will miss his company and kind demeanor. May he Rest In Peace.
