I was saddened to hear of Dave's passing. He was instrumental in getting me and my daughters involved in Y-Princesses and my girls (now almost grown) continue to fondly remember the good times we had on those infamous camping trips. I forged many friendships from that tribe that continue today and of course Dave was the impetus to get us all together. I will truly miss him even though he rooted for the Cardinals.

What a pleasure it was to learn(attempt)to sing and dance with Dave in the McKenzie Variety Show. The night that several women threw themselves at Dave's feet as he sang his Elvis impersonation was such a fun time. And then there was all those nights at Miers where we rehearsed our rehearsals. I am saddened for the illness Dave and Leda and their children had to endure and I am thankful for all the fun I shared with Dave. George Pearce
