My deepest sympathy to David's family...May God help you in this time of need...

I have many fond memories of David . David allways had a smile on his face . David was not a negative person , he was an uplifting person . David could allways cheer you up if you were feeling down . David allways made time to talk to you even if it was only a few minutes . David had this uncanny talent to bring laughter to an entire group of people . My deepest condolences go out to David's family .

Swanier Family: I had the pleasure knowing and working with David over the last decade at the VA. His positive attitude and bright smile will be missed by all. Your family remains in my thoughts and prayers through this very difficulty journey.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I was saddened to hear of Swanier's passing. I will cherish the memories of conversation about family and when my grandfather was his supervisor at the VA. He was my cousin-in-law's father and a coworker. My prayers go out to the family.
