Carroll, I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. It was just recently that I was aware..please accept my prayers and sympathy at this time. He was always so sweet with such a great humor. It's been a long time, but you can never forget that smile! Carroll, I only wish the best for you, Love Holly
