David W Symonds

David “Dave”  William Symonds of Clermont, Florida passed away peacefully on February 25, 2022 after a prolonged illness.  Dave graduated from Parsippany High School in New Jersey and was formerly employed by Ken’s Auto Body in Ledgewood, New Jersey before his move to Florida where he worked for Disney and then as an Armed Courier with Garda Security Services.   With his love of music Dave was a former deejay and entertainer.  He was also skillfully gifted as a restorer of classic and antique cars.  Dave had a passion to faithfully serve his neighbors in his community and had an avid love for his family.   Beloved husband of Linda, loving father to his son, Scott, bonus dad and devoted grandpa to his dearly loved 14 grandchildren, brother to Donald and his wife Maria, his younger brother, Eddie and his wife Debbie, an uncle, cousin, and friend to all who were graced to know him.  

A memorial service will be held in the Spring and announced at a later date.
