TAIT, David R. “D.R.” of Waterford, suddenly December 23, 2008; age 56. Loving Husband of Linda. Beloved Son of Frances and the late David Tait. Step Father of Danielle Giza. Dear Brother of Ronald Tait and Dorian Tait and his sons. D.R. was employed with Genral Motors for over 30 years as an engineer. Memorial Mass 11 am Monday December 29, 2008 at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church 5481 Dixie Hwy Waterford where friends may visit Monday 10 am until time of the mass. My Condolences to your family. I have worked with Dave for many years and was very saddened by the news. Dave was a great collegue with extraordinary attention to detail and I always took great pride in our accomplishments for the good of the truck team. He will be greatly missed.

Linda and Family, Dave was a wonderful co-worker and a kind and caring friend. Dave's love for GM and dedication to detail was apparent in everything he did. I am so sorry for you loss and you are all in my heart and prayers.

I am extremely saddened to hear of Dave's passing. I will remember Dave's friendly and caring demeanor. Whenever talking with Dave, you could tell he was really listening to what you had to say. He was willing to share his point of view and experience with true sincerity. He is well respected among his co-workers. Our prayers go out to his family.

I'm from Brazil, I was working with Dave in a new project just last month, but enough time to realize the great person he was. He will be missed here as well. My deepest simpathy. We will be praying for all of you.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave at GM. He was a great guy. I'll never forget his laugh. I'm so sorry for your loss.

You have my deepest condolences. I worked with Dave a number of times over the years, he was always helpful and a pleasure to work with. I will remember him fondly. He will be dearly missed.

I was very sorry to hear of the loss of Dave. I enjoyed working with him on the assembly plant launch teams, and he was instrumental to our success. He will be missed. I want to express my deepest sympathy to his family.
