Not sure what to say?

Although we rarely saw our cousin, when we did, it was quick to conversation and humor. David was also close by when our cherished aunt (and uncle previous to her) passed away. My sympathies to the siblings, and their families. Though untimely, it appears to have been a good, full life doing what he loved to do. Rest in peace.

We were w/Dave in his passing days. He retained his Tanneresque spirit w/his quick grin and his love of explosives. He will be greatly missed.

So sad to hear of Dave's passing--much too soon. He was a character--an individual--a true ECP member.

I hadn't seen my cousin in several years now, but I will remeber him for his sense of humor, his adventurous spirit, and taking me flying over Pittsburgh, my first time in a plane. God Bless.

Dave had an adventurous streak that belied his quiet nature. He was generous in opening his house for food, drink, comraderie, and sauna.
His interests were varied, and he enjoyed sharing them with others. Flying, canoeing, the Old Timer's Reunion...These are all activities in which Dave will be fondly remembered. I am greatful for having been able to cross paths with Dave, albeit ever so briefly.

Our sympathy to David's family and prayers for God's comfort. With fond memories of childhood days in Springfield, Massachusetts. Nelson and Beverly (Horner) Pease Palmer, Mass.

dave was a good guy. we knew each other a long time. he will be missed

I was so sorry read that Dave had passed. I was a member of the Explorer's Club also and remember Dave as a fun and helpful person. He will be very missed.
