Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of Dr Tatham's death. I was trying to get in touch with him regarding his wonderful book, Winslow Homer in the Adirondacks. Dr Tatham spent a few days in Minerva, NY with my husband's family while doing research for this book. I was told by my Mother-in-Law, Elizabeth Flynn Filkins, and her sister, Mary Flynn Jenkins that he was a delightful guest and they enjoyed his visit and the resulting work very much. My husband's grandfather was Michael Francis Flynn who posed...

I am very saddened by this news, which I am late in coming. I have spent unforgettable moments with David and Cleota in Madrid, in London and in Barcelona, where I now live. I am relieved to know that David had a life as wonderful as the one he knew how to make for the rest of us. A king of happiness in the little things and in seeing others happy, !Que la tierra te sal leve amigo! and to you Cleota, a big big hugh

Dr. Tatum was a great teacher of the history of American music including the origins. It was a course of study he dearly loved and appreciated. He is missed. My deepest regrets.

Dr Tatham was one of my Fine Arts professors at SU, and it was such a pleasure to reconnect with him, and meet his wife, in 2013. My husband and I heard him speak about Winslow Homer in MA, and we had a chance to talk over lunch, and reconnect after 30+ years. He was a very kind, caring individual, and certainly made an impression on me. I was very sorry to read of his passing.

Single Memorial Tree

Grief can be so hard, but special memories help us cope. Remembering David today and thinking of you and family with heartfelt condolences.

I am very saddened to hear of David´s passing. My husband Ludwig and I met he and Cleota through our common love of New Hampshire and the history of the White Mountains. We were honored with their visits to our NH home. He was generous with knowledge of White Mountain art and the history of the state. I feel very blessed to have met David and enjoyed the times that my husband and I spent with both he and Cleo. My sincere condolences to Cleo and family.
