It is with great sadness that the family of David J. Theriaque, announce his


passing. He was born January 13, 1953 to Richard and Charlotte (Gillette) Theriaque in Springfield, MA. He leaves behind his loving wife of 52 years Dorothy (Gelinas) Theriaque, his children, Daniel Theriaque, Doreen Gamache and husband Christopher, Douglas Theriaque, and his former daughter-in-laws Amber Theriaque and Monica Theriaque. He also leaves two brothers Wayne and Robert Theriaque and was predeceased by his brother Richard Jr. He will be missed by his eight grandchildren - Adam, Jackson, Carleigh, Jillian, David, Josten, Evan, and Brandon. David spent many years as a Logistics Manager for the FA Bassette Printing Company in Springfield, MA. He had many talents during his lifetime including being a welder, painter, small engine repair specialist, gardener, and many more. He enjoyed spending time with his children via hobbies during his lifetime such as kite flying, racing slot cars, being a railroad enthusiast, music, flying model rockets, and model car building. David loved model car building so much he even won first place in 2011, for best in show at the Wings & Wheels Hobbie Club Show. David was surrounded by his beloved family when he passed. Visiting hours will be from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Curran-Jones Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, West Springfield, MA.
