Not sure what to say?

so sorry for your loss. David was a good man and great teacher. He made the Berea community better. RIP

David tressel was the best swim coach I have ever had. He made swimming fun and amazing for me I loved swim team in Ohio because of David tressel.

So sorry for loss. DAVE was a blessing and a friend.he will be forever in heart and mind.

Our thoughts & prayers are with the Dave Tressel family. He was a great man, whose legacy will live forever. We have always referred to the Berea pool as the Dave Tressel Berea pool, as that was his home away from home. My Dad taught him Spanish at BW, Dave taught my brother at Roehm, he recently attended my Mom's 90th birthday party at our house, Dave also was our son Giovanni's first and all-time favorite swim & private coach. Giovanni has said he will continue to do his best in his...

I grew up by Beech St. As a little girl, I remember Dave as our Plain Dealer paper boy and our life guard at the Berea Pool every summer. Dave was a very friendly and kind young man. Rest In Peace Dave Tressel.

Dave was easily the most influential teacher I have had. I believe I was in his first 6th grade class in Berea. Believe it or not, he had the whole class at his house for a sleep over party. I think all the trouble we gave him that night may have made him reconsider his decision. He never got angry. That was Dave. He was also my swim coach at the Berea pool. If a person is tested on how many others they have influenced. Dave passed that test with extra credit. He was a great teacher...

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Tressel family. We were sad to hear of Dave´s passing but remember the many incredible years of working with him at the Southwest Swim meets when our kids were young and then with Berea High Athletic Boosters when our kids got into High School. Without a doubt one of the nicest and giving people you will have had the pleasure of knowing - Rest In Peace Dave, we will miss you.

We are so sorry for your loss. Dave was described as special, humble, kind. The world could use a lot more Daves. Rest In Peace.

Dave was a special person from a special family. He was a joy in the classroom and in all his activities. A very positive individual reflecting the fine family values with which he was raised. We have lost a very special person. My heart goes out to his brothers and children.
