Dave was one of he nicest and funniest guys I have ever met. We met in Florida in training for First NLC and have corresponded through out the mortgage meltdown. He spoke of you whenever we talked, Theresa, and I know you will miss him very much. I will miss him very much as well. You and your family are in my thoughts and my prayers.

Dave was a great person and I enjoyed working with him. He will be truly missed. Sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
