Not sure what to say?

Met this Grandseigneur way back in the seventies when the Hucke family and I were visiting David and MM. Bosco Metternich

My sincere condolances to the Uihlein family it was a pleasure knowing David I enjoyed the days duck hunting with him and my dad on the islands on Winnebago.

I thank you for all the great stories and advice you gave me over the years on many topics.

Rest in Peace

The loss of Dave leaves a BIG BIG hole in the hearts of us who were privileged to know him,
RIP Dave,

My deepest sympathy to Dave's family and friends. I met Dave just last March at the Ruffed Grouse Society banquet at the MAC, and had a very enjoyable and spirited conversation about grouse hunting and Dave's involvement with the Oshkosh Brewery.

Ruffed Grouse Society Regional Director

I'll miss Dave's kindness, and his
willingness to share in the joys of
living. Also, as a vintage racer, I
thank him for his passion for historic
motorsports.

We are so sorry to learn of David’s passing. I couldn’t help but shed a tear while reading of it. We will miss him deeply and never forget him. Even in this moment of tears and farewell, we smile as we remember his kindheartedness and generous spirit.

We had a wonderful little visit with Margery and David during Christmas. What always amazed me about David was that he remembered details like no one else I had ever known. Thank you for staying in touch. We are so pleased to have...

I was saddened to see Dave's obituary in the paper over the weekend. I am sorry for your loss.

As you know, I knew Dave for many years as a patient and as a car enthusiast. The last few years I am sure were not enjoyable with the back pain that he had, and at lease at this time he is no longer suffering.

He was a wonderful person and he enjoyed not only those people in the highest social circle, but also the commonest man. He will be sadly missed.
