To David's Family:
we are so sorry to read about Dave's passing in this month's JDT magazine. Dave was always just a phone call away to advocate for the dental laboratories in Ohio. He will be missed.

I am very sorry for your loss. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Davids partner and children. I last saw David, my cousin, and met his children over 20 years ago. I was then a flight attendant with United Airlines. During a lay over in Cleveland I had the pleasure of spending time with them. You're all in my thoughts and prayers.

Mike & Judy I am so sorry to hear about David. I was just thinking about him. Love to all.

I have not seen Dave for years but when our daughters were "Indian Princesses", Elizabeth (Liz) and Bill Reinhart, with the Cheyenne Tribe, we saw a lot of each other over a period of 5 years or so! Dave was a great host when at his home, he and his daughter were great together, they were a pleasure to be with on campouts, and I will cherish those memories forever. It is sad to see him gone. My sympathy to all those whom he has left behind. Bill Reinhart

I had the pleasure of coaching Daniel and David was the kind of parent you love! He was knowledgeable, positive and supportive. There are no words to express my condolences.
David will be in our prayers....

I'm Tom Wozniak a HS close friend. I just heard of the news and I'm so sorry for your loss. We spent most of our Jr. and Sr. year as a "team" and did everything together. We grew up together, he will forever be in my memories.
