Claudia, Danica and Brianne,

I was shocked to learn of David's passing today from a fellow lifetime PA Guardsman. I had not heard about this earlier or I would have paid my respects in person. As you well know, our friendships lasted for many years while wearing our military uniforms. Captain Urda spent many good years serving our country with selfless dedication while always helping others.

In our younger days, David was a good friend. Always kind and considerate. Although I haven't connected with David in recent years, I remember our friendship fondly. May you all be comforted in knowing he gifted your lives with love. With heartfelt condolences,
