I remember David being my "best friend" during our years in elementary school. One memory that has always stuck in my head was when we were in 2nd grade. We tied our shoe strings together in a huge knot to signify that we were best friends and could not get them untied. Sis. Murphey had to cut our shoe strings and send us to the principal! I feel guilty not being able to stay close to david after switching schools but I do know that he was a great guy and my deepest thoughts and prayers...

Ron, Diane, Eric, Josh, Janna and Becky, Over the past week my family has reflected on the many memories that we share of David, especially on our daily carpool trips to ACA. One of the first memories that I have is that of David giving me a "will you go out with me?" note with yes and no checkboxes in first or second grade! We would have so much fun during those car rides and most of the time TOO much fun according to the driver. I'll always remember listening to David play the piano in...

sis and the Vanena family, We are so deeply sorry for the loss of your loved one. Inever really got to know David but I know he made sis very happy. I met David in Ky and he just blended right in with the rest of our family. The smiles he brought to sis' face when she just talked about him lets me know what a great person he really was . I know in this time of sorrow it is hard to hold fast but I know The Lord Jesus will help each one of you through this. you all are in our thoughts and...

To David and his family, I couldn't begin to imagine your pain in this situation. David was a good kid that worked as hard as anybody I've seen. I speak for all the coater personnel when I say we'll miss you and it has been a real pleasure working with you. God bless you all.

Sis, I am so very sorry for your loss. I only saw David once or twice, but he was a very nice young man. I know your heart is broken and you are still in shock that this could happen to your husband, a young man so healthy with his whole life ahead of him. The thing is, is that God has the plan, He knows the plan...we don't. It is sometimes so hard for us to understand and sometimes we never do. Not here on earth. But find peace in the knowledge that he is with God and everyone in Heaven is...

I was shocked to arrive at work Thursday morning and hear of David's sudden passing. I had just spoken to him at shift change the day before. I did not know him well, but it was easy to tell he was an exceptional person. He was always smiling and friendly. Everyone at work spoke highly of him as a hard worker. He was the kind of person everyone wished they could have on their crew. My heart aches for David's family. My prayers are with you in this difficult time.
