Dave was such a wonderful mentor and role model for our young family, especially when Christopher (Galloway) first entered politics in the early 1990s. Dave was a friend and teammate since elementary school at Artemus Ward Elementary and was a close friend of my entire family. He was a Groomsman in my wedding and though we have been apart since I left for Vietnam, our memories together will always be with us. May God give comfort to you, Bev, and also to your family. Rest in Peace, my longtime friend, knowing that you will not be forgotten. Lou (Chip) and Sue Diamond
