I will miss watching basketball games with you and your enthusiastic spirit! Your love of family and vigilance in showing your love and commitment to your nephews and all of us. So happy you are not in pain and in a better place. Xoxo

He was a good man, I was opposing counsel on a family law case with him, and recognized a kindred spirit who cared about his clients and treated them fairly. He'll be missed as I discovered this obituary when referring an Oregon Family Law case to him just now. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17, be encouraged.

We love you Bepa! You will be forever missed! Until we see you again!

Love,
Kelli Jean

Dave was a wonderful man. I remember seeing him at the gym on game days and he would be yelling at his 49ers play calling from the back of the fitness room. He always wore his bow-tie for court and his personality was infectious. Rest in peace Dave. You left an impact on all of us that had the chance to know you.

My condolences to Jill, and all the family. Dave & I go back to our grade school & Jr high days. Have remained friends all these years. One tough guy to go thru what he has gone through, and still have that Big Smile when you see him. Great memories will keep him alive in our hearts. Will miss you partner. God bless.

As a retired Detective with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office I had the opportunity to work with Dave on numerous occasions. Of course he was defending the clients I had arrested. I observed that Dave always treated his clients in a fair and courteous manner. He always made sure their rights were protected. During trials Dave treated every witness fairly and with respect. He never went down the road of degrading a witness, whether that witness was a witness for the prosecution or...

My deepest sympathies to your family and friends. May God bring comfort to your hearts and strengthen you during this difficult time.
(2 Thessalonians 2:16,17). CM
