Not sure what to say?

David was a true friend. A man of many gifts and talents who worked to make Louisiana stronger and more resilient. He was also kind and generous to others - including my family as we struggled to get back home post Katrina. May his memory be a blessing. To him girls, I miss y´all and you´re always in my thoughts and prayers.

Sorry about David - we were in school in LPHS grad of 1971. He will be missed. Jay Schlottman

My Girls,
I have just learned of our love's death. It is Wednesday afternoon. I thought of you girls Saturday morning and now I know why. Please know that I adored your Father and I adore you.
Much Love,
Ann

Dear Ann, Mullady, Audrey, and Kitty: I was so saddened to learn of David's passing. He touched so many people in his lifetime, and I bleive that his spirit of generosity and joie de vie will live on in all who were lucky enough to have met him. He will be greatly missed. I'll always remember him this way (see photo). Sending Much Love, Barbara Blankfeld (and son, Eric Blankfeld)

Dear Ann, Mullady, Audrey, and Kitty.
It was a honor to serve David in the short time that I was privileged and blessed to know him. His will and courage inspired and touched many, it certainly did me! I "shake the sugar off the donut" when I say I really liked David and will always remember him. Love and prayers.
