He went so unexpectedly and we are still sad that he is no longer here. And then what a shock it was that not even a year later his beloved Stella left us too. We know they are together and that makes us happy, but it is sad for us that they are both gone from us.

David is and was a truly remarkable man. I would like to share a story. Years ago, on a Sunday afternoon in February, there was a knock at our door. He was standing on our porch with a great big smile and a pie. When he came in, he handed the pie to me. Years ago my sister, Judy Sedlacek, told me the best family in their Midvale ward was moving to South Jordan a few houses from where we lived.
