David Wallace

I will always remember my kind and gentle and funny friend David Wallace. He chauffeured me between Russian Hill and SFO countless times, was the perfect innkeeper (fresh coffee ready at the push of a button and toast from his fabled, ahead-of-its-time Art Deco infra-red toaster), and had a pitch-perfect sense of humor. And he loved "Singin' In the Rain"! I will cherish my memories of him forever.
