My name is Denise j Robinson Morgan and Dr David Wallace delivered me at forest city hospital on November51958 was born with cancer on one of my kidneys and they rushed me to metropolitan hospital on the west side of Cleveland Ohio to take out my kidney I'm 61 yrs old now and still living all thanks to Dr Wallace RIP he also delivered 2 of my children to I moved from Cleveland in 1980 and just came back from California to live back in Cleveland again
