I also lived directly across the street from David, I remember being jealous of those trips to rockport when I was younger. It´s a small world for two west Texas guys to grow up fishing for a lifetime. I was in the fishing and fish farm industry for over half my life. I still fish for crappie and bass in my backyard on a small neighborhood private lake that I manage. I wish our paths had crossed in later life for I have many of the same habits or personality traights that I read about him....

I remember David fondly as my across the street neighbor. He and Steve and their sisters were always outdoors playing. Godspeed!!! Charlotte Langham Hodge
