So sad to hear of Dave´s passing. As a supplier to Foodtown I only had a couple of interactions with Dave. They were instances where my company´s interests and Foodtown´s seemed incompatible. Dave, was always a gentleman and we always found common ground and parted friends. Great respect for Dave. He was a special man.

Condolences to the Walrod family.Dave was a good company officer at Food Town headquarters in Maumee,Ohio. Very productive, good company man to help the business grow,especially during the 1970s and 80´s!As an artist for the company 15 years I can truly say it was a most creative, growing time with a family like atmosphere because of people like Dave!
