So sad to hear of the passing of David. David was my boss when I worked for Time Life Books in New York. He was instrumental in my transfer from NY to Singapore then back to Sydney. He was a true professional, respected by all in TLB. I still have this photo of David when he attended the "Wondergirls" conferences in the Philippine's. My deepest condolences to Alfredo and family.
