Not sure what to say?

David was extremely knowledgeable and generous. I was fortunate to go on several of his and Lois' local trips. He generously came to my son's school as Julius Caesar and enlightened the class about the Roman Empire. After I moved we periodically kept in touch by phone and I always was enriched by the kindness and love he shared with the world. RIP

David, I love and miss you so. Your passing marks the end of Shangri La. Kiss Mom-cat for me. Love, Maggie

David taught with a big heart and an open mind. And by his example, continues to do so today.

David was a very caring and loving person. I met him through CSUS Renaissance Society where he shared his wisdom and made learning fun. David and Lois were twin souls that made friends easy. Now together for eternity. RIP

We'll always remember your smile and thoughtfulness. Creative Arts League members will surely miss you. Pam Trump

A man for all seasons. A gifted, giving, sharing, thinking man. Truly a blessing to all who knew him. From our very limited time with David, God's grace was bestowed upon us. May we meet again.

With his big compassionate heart, David gifted my high-need elementary class to a full day field trip to the Academy of Sciences in S.F. He was a fabulous communicator to the children and gave them a day to remember and just maybe changed the trajectory of some lives.
