David Joseph Waters Jr.

My heartfelt condolences to the Waters family. Bunny and I were from Harrisburg and went to Lincoln University together(I was 2yrs ahead). He was an honorable Lincoln Man and a selfless Omega Brother. I remember him being soft spoken on campus , ferocious competitor on the basketball court and scholar in the classroom. Most of all, I enjoyed our many conversations because he always had a positive outlook. Rest in peace my Brother.
