Not sure what to say?

Remembering Big Dave on this day. He was a great friend, always available to help and answer questions on his sub stuff. I'm sad I never got to see him in Rochester with the club. Think about you often mate. Your legacy of friendship lives on.

Dave was a great supporter and friend. Thinking of him. Sorry I missed the anniversary.

I loved this man and I think of him often. He was always there for me and had the best sense of humor and sense of fun of anyone I knew. He was my greatest submarine modeler friend. He always helped me with my projects. He made me many of his cylinders I still have to this day and they ride proudly in my model submarines. One of my subs has a Minion on the tower. That was Dave's avatar. He is always with me everytime I sail.

I have so many fond memories of Dave, and the time spent together while we were in High School and beyond. I keep thinking of the fun times we shared with "the gang". Although we hadn't seen each other in quite a few years, he will always have a special place in my heart. We are so sorry for your loss, and I pray God gives you all comfort through this difficult time.

The Canadian submarine "mafia" squad will be at half mast for a long time.
Be at peace.

My very best thoughts and prayers go out to Big Dave's family. I will always remember his kindness, hearty laugh, and amazing technical wizardry and expertise. During a visit with SubRon8 one summer day he was very kind to my son and patiently answered so many of his questions about RC boats. A good memory of that day. Very Best, Scott Russell & Family
