I had Mr. Werner for Social Problems at Horace Mann. Considering there is only a difference of 6 years in our ages, it must have been in his first or second year teaching. It was one of my favorite classes in high school and sparked a lifelong interest in Social Studies. Thank you for that. I ran into Mr. Werner many years later and was amazed that he actually remembered me from that class. My sincere condolences to his family. I am very sorry for your loss.
