I still miss you a lot, Spuds. I hope to see you some day (but not too soon). My memory of you will last as long as I do.

I have been fortunate, in my long life, to occasionally have a force enter my friend circle that changes the equilibrium - a force that on the surface appeared simply jocular, that turned out to be paradoxically multi-faceted - a force that continued to reveal sensitivities completely juxtaposed from the light hearted comic. Shocked and saddened to receive this unexpected news. Spuds was always so joyful to see his buddies, and always ready with a funny story. He was an example of God's finest work. Sincere condolences to his family and many, many, MANY friends.

Kathy, I often thought about you and Dave when talking about Paramount with others. I am sorry to hear about Dave's passing. It makes it much harder during this holiday season. But a new life is born onto us this Christmas as Dave is in heaven with his new life. May you feel God's arms wrapped around you.
