I want to extend my deepest condolences on your loss. Capt. Dave was one of United´s finest and I remember flying with him many times. I lived in Wisconsin also and ran into him many times during the years of commuting. When our crews saw Capt Westlake on our manifest, we knew we were if the hands of a consummate professional and a genuinely great coworker.
