Not sure what to say?

Dave was my roommate at Ferrum and Union College. My wife Mary and I have exhanged Christmas cards with him since our college days. He was a great friend and we are so sorry to hear of his death.

My condolences to David's family for your loss. I was a classmate of David's from Bedford High School Class of 1959. In fact, we rode the school bus together as we both lived in Manns Choice at the time and he used to tease me a lot, but always good-natured teasing. David was our go-to man to emcee our class reunions and he always did a wonderful job. He was truly a gentleman and he will be missed.

Rest in peace, friend.

David was one of my favorite cardiac rehab patients. We spoke often about Pennsylvania, as my brother lives there. He was a blessing to many and it was such a pleasure to see him and speak to him this past Wednesday. I'm so sorry for your loss. Deborah McPherson

So sad to hear of this loss. David married us and baptized both of my children, it feels as if we have lost a family member. He was such a good man and faithful servant, I enjoyed his sermons immensely. He always made the word of God so relatable to your own personal journey with God.
