I knew David from working at the repair shop where I met a real trusted friend (also to many). His smiles and genuine strength of character are good memories to myself and anyone who met him.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked with David for 42 years and considered him a close friend. I had the honor and privilege of being in y’all’s wedding. I will surely miss my friend and will always remember him as “ Rookie “

David (Rookie) & I were long time friends while working @ Ga. Power Co. & after we retired. We both shared a love for NASCAR & Ga. Bulldog football. Over a 41 yr. period we shared a strong friendship that made coming to work much easier. We had our up's & downs, but I loved him like a brother! I will miss him terribly, but I cherish the fact that he is pain free & in Heaven with our savior, Jesus Christ! RIP David!
