Wow! I was shocked to hear of David's passing. My deepest sympathies and condolences to his wife, Mary, and his family. I know he had some medical issues over the last ten years, so at least the pain is gone for him. Farewell old friend and say "Hey" to God for me. We'll see you again in a better place.
