Dave, Rodger, Jack and I lived on the same street In LaVale Maryland and we were the same age. We all played football, and enjoyed canoe trips and camping in the woods. He was a good friend and the last time that I saw him was in September 2012 at the ribbon cutting for the new Lavale Library. We enjoyed a delightful dinner in Frostburg. Dave was a great lawyer, person, and friend. We practiced law together for many years and retired together. We compared our train layouts, boated together, and laughed a lot. Debbie and I send condolences to Dave's family and friends.
