Not sure what to say?

Fly high in the sky....you will always be my American Indian no matter what they say xx

I had the pleasure of meeting Kiwi Dave when he ran his PT business. He was such a sweet guy and helped me regain my strength after 2 injuries. I just happened to have looked his name up and found out that he is no longer with us. It looks like he lived an amazing life. Condolences to his beloved family and friends at this time.

Many happy memories and good laughs with Kiwi Dave way back in Corpus Christi Texas with the old Physio gang. RIP Dave.

Met Dave when playing Rugby League in NYC.He was always able to get us back on the pitch. He always had a smile on his face. A good man and true legend. God bless.

To David's mum Toni. I have just re-read through the beautiful tribute David left on the condolences site for my son Michael earlier this year. In it he mentions you and your fondness for Michael, I can truly say that though I only met David a couple of times I have a vivid memory of him. I know your pain; I send my love. Diana Kenny

Dave was our dock mate for several years. We always enjoyed his company, talking about sailing adventures and the love for our boats. He was a wonderful, generous and caring man and will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace, Kiwi Dave, as he was affectionately called among us.

My old mate Kiwi Dave... smiles, laughs and memories. Love you, Nigel & Sharon.

Its still a shock to me Dave. Gonna miss your visits back to NZ & the boxing crew, that big grin of yours mate & the never ending stories when we never knew if you for real or just pulling a leg. Moe mai ra te rangatira. Bless your Soul & RIP David Wickenden.
