Not sure what to say?

To Dave's family:

I just learned today of your great loss and was very shocked by this news, as I'm sure you still are. Dave was the most generous, kind, friendly person I've met in a long time. I only knew him from a painting job he did for me at my home but to know him was to like him! He was a very special person who looked out for others and offered such trust and made you feel like you had known him for a long time. You don't find people of his caliber much anymore!

I have many fond memories of Dave at Susquehanna. He was the first person to show me the Ocean. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and friends.

David, I miss you already bro!

You and I were freshman roommates at Susquehanna. I remember meeting you the first time and you were putting up pictures of your dad who passed away that summer. We lived in the Du-Inz!!!

You loaned me your black Barracuda to kidnap a brother of the frat I was pledging. No one could catch us in that thing!

Dave, you left a lot of good friends here but I know we will all meet someday in true Peace.

David Earl, we can only hope...

Dave was a great friend and he will be missed, I wish the best for his family.

I did not stay in touch with Dave after high school, but I have many wonderful memories of Wildcat basketball and hanging out with our large group of friends. My condolences to Dave's family and friends.

Dave was a good friend of mine at Susquehanna. He always had a unique, fun way of making a moment epic and memorable. I can still see him dancin' in the dorm hallway with "The Sharks" tunes blasting down the walls. His humor, creativeness, and forward thinking always provided for great conversation and made people think outside the box. In that respect and many other areas, Dave was way a head of his time. I'm very sorry to hear about this loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

everyone here at the office misses Dave so much, i know i speak for everyone here when i say we were lucky to have Dave as part of our lives he was more than a good man, i honestly have to say he was one of the most kind-hearted people i've ever met, the office will never be the same and he will be missed greatly
