David J. Williams, 66, of Schnecksville passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Donna M. (Sagl) Williams, to whom he was married 46 years. Born in Allentown, July 15, 1958, Dave was the son of the late David and Dorothy M. (James) Williams. He attended Parkland High School. Dave was employed as a maintenance mechanic at LCCC in Schnecksville for 11 years before retiring in 2023. Prior to that, he was a truck driver and crane operator for Monarch Pre-Cast in Allentown for 19 years. He was a member of Slatington Lodge # 440, F. & A.M.
Survivors: In addition to his loving wife, Donna; sons, David J. Williams, Jr. of New Tripoli, Derek J. Williams and his wife, Lisa of Northampton; sister, Gwen Williams of Florida; grandsons, Matthew, Casey, David III.
Service: A celebration of David’s life will be held 7:00 pm. Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects from 5:00 pm. – 6:50 pm. prior to the service. Masonic service at 6:50 pm. Our world isn’t the same. Like the movie, It’s a Wonderful Life, Dave touched so many of our lives. He wore many hats (Doppler Dave, Knoebels Ambassador, Campfire Jester, Conspiracy Connoisseur), but his is pride and joy was Donna and the family they created.
