So sorry to hear of Dave's passing, I worked with Dave at SHPH for many years, once I did travel nursing to Vermont and Dave told me he would be checking on me since he had a trip planned with his wife to go visit his mother,well two weeks latter my phone rang and it was Dave checking on me right before him and his wife caught a train to visit his mother,to this day Dave never knew what that meant to me, he was a man of his word and will be truly missed ,RIP Dave

Thank you everyone for your kind words. Dad was so much more outgoing than Mom and I, and he thrived on joking around and visiting with everyone. He made space for all the people he cared about and we will forever miss him.

I worked about 20 years with David(Dave) at St. Helena Parish Hospital and every moment we worked together was a joy. May the GOD of all comfort comfort your heart Rindy, Nathan & family. You are missed Dave Linda Huff

My sincere condolences to the family. Dave was an amazing friend to so many. He was always the first smile one would see walking into work at St. Helena Hospital. His smile was infectious.
He will be missed!
