June 18, 2023 I was a patient of Dr. Willian in the 60's. He corrected my under bite and cross bite. I was hoping to thank him for doing such a good job on my teeth, since they have stayed in place for these many years. I was saddened to hear of David's passing. I came to know David very well and appreciate his cheerful smile and dedication to the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It was my honor to extend the call to him to serve as the Stake Mission Leaders in the Chico California Stake and to serve as the bishop of the Chico IV Ward. He was an excellent Stake Mission Leader and one of the outstanding bishops in the church. It was an honor for me to serve with him.
