Dear Becky and Mark,
I have just learned of this tragedy. I remember meeting David when I visited for tea. He was just a young boy but his spirit and energy filled the space between us. I will hold you
all in the light.
Love,

I just found out about David's death. I'm still in a state of shock and disbelief. I first met Dave in Providence outside of as220, and we soon became friends. Whenever I went to a show, he was a familiar face that was always happy to see me. We'd just hang out and talk about life, working, and music. Dave was a great and smart person; and I was truly lucky enough to know him. It just saddens me so much that I won't ever see him hanging outside another punk show, or walking around down town....

I got to know David when he worked with me in my blacksmith's shop under a mentor program through The Met School. His passion and knowledge for creating were well beyond his years. David was always a pleasure to be around, his wit and sense of humor always lightened up the shop. I can still remember the joy in his eyes as we forged a hand axe that he would...
