Not sure what to say?

I recall every inch of your land you taught me lessons on as I grew up, how to beware of wolves in sheep's clothing as well as how to forego unchartered terrain with a soft & light foot. I recall you sharing your home with those that were homeless, I recall your lessons of timing for the trophy hunts; not to be derelict in application, but to be timed with such professional precision. I recall how you made strangers feel as if they were better than mere acquaintances somehow & how to practice...

I had the privilege of being in your home with the woman I love and you are truly one of my best friends and you taught me about the woods the animals and how they react to danger when it's coming and also you were always so simple and true how to react in a bad situation. THANK YOU DAVID LOVE YOU

My deepest condolences to the entire loving family. Sending big big hugs to sisters Lynne and Carey. Rest in peace Dave.

I wish that I had more time with you Grandpa, Covid and things robbed us of more one on one which is...

Sorry to hear about the loss of a wonderful man. Will forever hold him close at heart. Rest in peace David

Grandpa Yates´ work ethic is inspiring as well. Grandpa was/is a proud military veteran as well. All of these are proud achievements, but I believe Grandpa valued his love for family, and...
