Not sure what to say?

I worked with Dave at Beachwood PD and while he was with the Prosecutor's office and his ability to combine the law with a dash of humor was very much admired and appreciated.

Dave was a consummate professional and it was a privilege to know and work with him.

I just learned of Dave's death and my thoughts and prayers are with him and the Zimmerman family. It was a joy to work with him.He was a consummate professional who loved his family dearly. I am so sorry for your loss. Judge Eileen A. Gallagher Eighth District Court of Appeals

Dave was always there for us (me) while he served at the prosecutors office. Was an honor and pleasure to work with him for the many years he served.

Don Michalosky Cuyahoga Sheriff's Dept. (Retired)

Dear Family and Friends,

I, too, can be counted among the many @ CCPO who admired and respected Dave not only as a top-notch APA, but also a wonderful, kind and caring person, one whom would gladly make time for anyone requesting assistance or advice. In later years when his son Kevin arrived during his internship it was apparent that so many of those same qualities that made Dave such a classy standout had also been passed down to his son.
Please accept my most heartfelt...

So sorry to hear of David's passing. Worked with him at the Prosecutors Office and missed him after his retirement. Until we meet again David!

Kathy and I are so very sorry for your loss. Dave and I were hired on the same day at Beachwood P.D. He and I were put on the same shift and remained together for our first 5 years as police officers. Later, as a prosecutor, Dave provided guidance and an occasional search warrant both to our police department and to me personally. More importantly, Dave always made time to have lunch with an old friend. It was my honor to know and be friends with Dave.
