I'm so sorry to hear of Dave's death. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
Dave played the part of Super RT, the Defender of Clean Air and Healthier Lungs Everywhere, in a Community Hospital youth tobacco prevention program, SMOKEBUSTERS in Indianapolis.
I enjoyed working with him and am grateful for his work with the program. He would always talk about his boys. He will be missed.
